MKC’s principal brings a background in software engineering and technical leadership, with experience across software architecture, identity and security, digital payments, and cloud infrastructure. That experience informs an understanding of how technical decisions become long-term obligations for the teams responsible for them.
MKC was established to help organizations see their options clearly before committing. Its approach begins with what the work requires, which assumptions matter, and what an organization can realistically maintain, secure, and support.
Clients work directly with the principal through focused reviews, ongoing advisory relationships, and technical due diligence. The emphasis is on independent judgment—not on turning every recommendation into an implementation project.
